Homemade Coconut Milk in Just Six Minutes!
 
 
Super simple quick and easy method for making your own coconut milk.

Serves: 1-3/4 cups
Ingredients
  • 2 cups (150 grams) shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 4 cups filtered water
Instructions
  1. Place coconut and water into high powered blender.
  2. Turn blender on high for 5 minutes.
  3. While whirring, drape nut milk bag over a colander over a deep pan.
  4. Turn off blender. Pour coconut milk into nut milk bag.
  5. Squeeze the nut milk bag to get all the coconut milk.
  6. Pour coconut milk into a glass jar and refrigerate up to one week.
