Homemade Coconut Milk in Just Six Minutes!

Serves: 1-3/4 cups
- 2 cups (150 grams) shredded unsweetened coconut
- 4 cups filtered water
- Place coconut and water into high powered blender.
- Turn blender on high for 5 minutes.
- While whirring, drape nut milk bag over a colander over a deep pan.
- Turn off blender. Pour coconut milk into nut milk bag.
- Squeeze the nut milk bag to get all the coconut milk.
- Pour coconut milk into a glass jar and refrigerate up to one week.
