2 small heads of cauliflower, broken into small pieces
2-4 tbsp butter or ghee or coconut oil
½ tsp sea salt
pepper to taste
Instructions
Steam cauliflower pieces until tender.
It is best to use a steamer basket so that the cauliflower is not resting in the water while it cooks. It takes 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is fork tender.
Pour the cauliflower into a colander to drain any water.
Put the cauliflower back into the pan and add in some butter or ghee, or your favorite healthy fat. Add salt and pepper and hit with a stick blender.
The more you blend, the fluffier the cauliflower will get.
