Do I Drink Bone Broth on the GAPS Diet?

Serves: 8 cups
- 1 whole chicken
- 12 cups water
- Unprocessed salt to your taste
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns, roughly crushed
- Put everything into a pot that is large enough to hold all the ingedients.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat until the liquid simmers gently.
- Cook for 2-3 hours until the chicken is falling off the bones.
- Remove the vegetables and meat, strain the broth.
