Serves: 3 cups
- 1 cup water
- 10 leaves of Swiss Chard (all approximately 8 inches long)
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 whole banana
- 1 egg yolk
- Put all ingredients into the blender and blend together.
