Pumpkin Cookie Kisses

- ½ cup cooked pumpkin
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)
- 1⅔ cups almond flour, packed
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Be sure oven is preheated to correct temperature.
- Process pumpkin, egg and honey until smooth using a blender.
- Place in a bowl, add sea salt, vanilla extract and spices.
- Mix well.
- Sift almond flour after packing to avoid lumps, mix ingredients together.
- Place on a cookie sheet by heaping teaspoons, or pipe using an icing bag and tip.
- Bake 4 minutes or until bottom is lightly browned.
