There is a new Blog Talk Radio show ready for your listening pleasure. Sarah Schatz from Allergy Free Menu Planners agreed to come on the show to talk about her experience on GAPS. She and her son have had some great improvements with their health. They were having sleep problems, digestion problems, skin problems and mood issues. Sarah also is a personal chef and she offers several variations of Allergy Free Menu Planners at her blog.

Do you find you don’t have a lot of time to sit at the computer and listen to podcasts? Me either, here are some of the ways to listen without having to be tethered to the computer:
- In the car: If you have a tape cassette player in your car and do any amount of driving, this handy device Philips USA PH-62050 CD/MP3/MD-To-Cassette Adapter is awesome to hook up your iPod, MP3 player, Android or SmartPhone to your car speakers.
- In the car: Griffin iTrip Universal FM Transmitter and Charger for MP3 Players If you don’t have a tape cassette player in your car, this device plugs into your cigarette lighter and tunes into certain stations on the radio.
- If you have a SmartPhone or Android, you can download the show onto your phone and listen. My husband does this and uses the FM transmitter in his truck, and the cassette adapter in his van.
- At home I sometimes listen to podcasts while taking a detox bath, using my laptop.
- While doing dishes or cooking I either crank up the speakers on my computer, or bring the laptop into the kitchen.
- MP3 players work great, they are fairly inexpensive nowadays, here’s one: Coby 4GB Flash MP3 Player with FM and Color Display (Black)
- My husband used this Apple iPod nano 8 GB Graphite (6th Generation) before he got his Android phone with all the bells and whistles.
I believe I missed this. Is there another way to hear it?
I am always looking forward for more posts which can give me more allergy-free recipes. I have 2 kids who are very sensitive and I have to be very keen on the foods that they eat. I hope to find more in your lists.
