    Hi Helen, there really isn’t a recipe. 🙂 Just steam your beets, allow to cool, peel the skins off, load into the spiralizer and turn into spirals.

    Hi Delanie, I steamed them until they were fork tender and then spiralized them. Much easier! 🙂 ~Starlene
