Let me help you get your broth cooked and consumed with the 30-Day Broth Challenge.

Let's be accountable together. I'll help you, and you help me. Join me on March 1st for the second 30-Day Broth Challenge.

  • Have you gotten out of the habit of drinking broth every day?

I can relate. It's so easy to slip out of the habit, and much of the time is due to our overloaded schedules. I need to get back to drinking broth. I feel so much better when I consume this super food every day. I feel like it helps me eat less, and helps me get on track to eat healthier. And drinking it makes me feel good about myself, knowing how good it is for my body.

  • Before the challenge begins, I'll send you a shopping list and recipe for making broth by three methods (you choose your favorite: stovetop, slow cooker or Instant Pot).
  • Each day I'll send a cheery email with flavor suggestions for making your broth taste delicious and “Health Challenge Tidbits” to share what broth can do for your body.
  • Every Wednesday I'll send out a new broth recipe and shopping list.
  • I'll also provide ideas for using the meat we just cooked making the broth.
  • I'll guide you through making four broths: Basic Chicken Broth, Roasted Chicken Broth, Beef Broth, Chicken Bone Broth and Beef Bone Broth.

You don't need to change what you're eating, all I'm asking is that you drink one cup of broth each day.

Testimonials

Testimonials from our January Broth Challengers:

I am so thankful you are doing this challenge, it is really keeping me committed to drinking the broth every day and I love your suggestions. By the way, I love the idea of blending up the onions and/or celery and putting it in the broth. My husband won't eat celery but he really needs it so it was a great way to disguise it. 🙂 Thank you. ~Stacy M.

I'm eating/drinking my first batch of organic chicken broth with “FEET” hahaha. I added bay leaves, celery, carrots, onion, a little ginger, garlic, pink saltand pepper all organic. This morning I did the egg yolk and WOW I love it! Thanks for that tip! Loving this, Dona K.

I'm really enjoying this challenge and all the info you are sharing with us in do-able amounts! Enough to be challenging, but do-able! I'm really thankful for your class! Thank you for all the thought you are putting into this! Thank you! ~Kim N.

I had to share with my success! I have lost 5 pounds!!! I am having really wild cravings for veggies, this is a huge bonus! Seriously today my lunch consisted of roasted cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, jicama salad with diced jicama, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and bell peppers topped with a little pink salt. This is NOT my normal behavior lol I really think that making and drinking bone broth is making me much more conscious of what I'm putting into my body and for that, I thank you very much! ~Dona K.

I just wanted to say thanks for these emails. They're so informative and helpful!! ~Elisabeth B.

…the chicken broth I make with the rotisserie chicken bones has reduced the joint pain and inflammation to almost nothing. I can walk without being aware of pain with every step. Dry skin is clearing up along with significant improvements in depression, bloating, and irritability. All in all, this is turning out to be a positive experience and I thank you for the challenge. ~Teresa

My favorite part about the Broth Challenge was… getting daily e-mails with ideas on how to switch up my broth and just being accountable. This helped me to continue every day. I'm sleeping more which is great since I have insomnia. I did lose a few pounds in the first week but it stayed all month so I'm happy about that. You should give this challenge a try. This helped me get more sleep and lose some weight. Go for it! ~Carla P.
