Awesome pizza!
In my previous post I shared the step by step photos for making Cauliflower Crust pizza. I use hamburger in my meat sauce, but I use spices to give it Italian sausage flavor. This pizza has been a huge hit for our family, and the toppings just make it that much more special. As you can see, we don't include cheese. If you can have cheese, go for it! If you are on GAPS, mozzarella is not allowed, but there are several which are, and I'll list them here: Asiago, Blue, Brick, Brie, Camembert, Cheddar, Colby, Edam, Gouda, Havarti, Limburger, Monterey Jack, Muenster, Parmesan, Port du Salut, Roquefort, Romano, Stilton, and Swiss.

I also sauteed green bell peppers, mushrooms and red onions, and sliced black olives, placed on top of the meat sauce.
