- 1 point – Optional extra entry point. Subscribe to GAPS Diet Journey blog by email and never miss another daily report or recipe. When a new post comes out, you’ll get it right in your inbox. No need to come back and check to see if there’s anything new. Tell me in the comments that you have subscribed by email, or if you already receive my blog posts by email, just say so. Click on the link to subscribe.
- 1 point – Optional extra entry point. Tell me in the comments your favorite recipe from the blog. Click on the link to look at all my recipes.
The contest runs from today December 11th, 2011 to Friday December 16th, 2011 midnight Arizona time. Winners will be contacted by email within twenty four hours. You must claim your prize within 3 days or your prize will be passed on to another winner. I would like to ship all items on December 20th. Please be aware I will need your address in order to ship your prize.
NOTE: There is only one thing you are required to do in order to be entered: You must subscribe to my newsletter in order to enter. The other points are optional but give you two more chances to win.

Congratulations Starlene! I’m already subscribed to your newsletter. I’ve been on the SCD for over 2 1/2 years and started the GAPS Intro June of this year which i’ve seen more improvements with emphasizing the broths and fats. It’s really slow go for me (guess i’m really toxic) and some days i feel defeated. Thanks so much for your inspiration and for sharing your knowledge! I’ve learned a lot reading your blog and listening to your awesome podcasts. Thanks for all you do!!

I love the chocolate whipped topping recipe!! Wow! I have been buying cartons of Aroy-d coconut cream at my local market and I can’t go through a quart very fast since I only use it for my coffee.
