Get Your GAPS Gear! On the GAPShelp list every once in awhile a thread comes up on how to spread the word about GAPS and I came up with what I thought would be a really cool idea!   Dr. Natasha has given me given permission to sell products with the GAPS trademark at my Cafepress Shop.  I have t-shirts for men, women and children, hats, water bottles, thermoses and aprons!  The aprons come in “dark” which is navy blue with white lettering, and although only white is shown, you can also choose cheery bright yellow, and stain hiding tan.  So far I have the following designs.

If you've done GAPS Introduction, you know it can be pretty intense, especially if you came to GAPS from the Standard American Diet, or even healthy WAPF which has grains and lots of fiber.  The first design says I Survived GAPS Intro. I'm regaining health by healing and sealing my gut lining. www.gaps.me.   This design is kind of a tongue-in-cheek, at least the “survived” part but the blurb at the bottom explains what we're doing.  Healing and sealing our gut lining!

I have three designs for parents:  My Dad loves me, he's healing and sealing my gut lining. My parents love me, they're healing and sealing my gut lining. My Mom loves me, she's healing and sealing my gut lining.

Dr. Natasha says she keeps her family on GAPS to avoid common maladies, and I've listed several of those that she has listed at her blog.  The design says I'm on GAPS to avoid common maladies: acne, depression, eating disorders, mood swings, PMS, eczema, anxiety, allergies, heart disease, fatigue, dyslexia, food intolerance, constipation, learning disorders, migraines, indigestion. And finally, Hippocrates said: All diseases begin in the gut. Heal and Seal Your Gut on the GAPS Nutritional Protocol.

Hang in there Starlene! I will pray that the naturopath will have solutions that will help you!

@Tiffany, thank you for the prayers. I am sitting here right now preparing the 16 page questionnaire that I bring with me tomorrow. I hope an hour consult is long enough. LOL! 🙂 I have never had an hour long visit with a doctor in my entire life. This should be interesting and I’ll report back when I get the first chance on how things go. Thank you, Tiffany. Starlene P.S. Did you get your nail polish? How do you and your daughter like it?

We did get our nail polish! I apologize for not letting you know…I meant to 🙂 We absolutely love it! It actually stays on very well when you do all of the steps; and it is nice to not have the stinky smell too. Thank you SO much!

@Tiffany, oh no problem! You didn’t have to let me know, I did wonder how you liked it. 🙂 I somehow lost my top coat polish and it really works so much better with the top coat, definitely. 🙂 Need to get another bottle. I think my other one fell into my bathroom waste basket. Anyway, so glad you and your little girl are liking it. 🙂
